The Portal Austria www.portal.at is used for employees to download their monthly salary certificate. You can login with your UFG e-mail-address and a password, which you separately receive from Portal Austria.

Login under www.portal.at
Please visit www.portal.at and enter your login data as shown in the image below. The "Benutzer-ID" ist your ufg-mailaddress. The password is sent to you via mail. During the first login you need to change your password. Please choose a password, which is 8 characters long, contains lower and upper case characters and numbers.

Recall of salary certificates
After you have changed the password and logged in, click on "Anwendungen" and open "EIS UniPers".

Now a new window opens where you need to select your employee number (pxxxx in the format 0000xxxx) and then click on "Entgeltnachweis". In the next step you can choose the month, for which you want to get your salary certificate.

Please keep in mind, that the salary certificate is always provided on the fifteenth of each month.
